Roast new potatoes with rosemary and garlic

Ingredients
  • New potatos, scrubbed and dried
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, smashed with the blade of a knife and finely chopped
  • A handful of rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • A little vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Warm up the oven to Gas Mark 6 / 200°C / 400F.
  2. Score each potato almost all the way through, 5mm apart. Put in a roasting tray, scatter with garlic and chopped rosemary, add a little oil and shake well.
  3. Bake in the upper half of the oven until brown and crisped up, around 45 minutes.
